Actresses Sonakshi Sinha and Huma Qureshi made fun at the boy’s double standards about body types and size.

T Series shared a short 30 second teaser on its Official You Tube Channel. The movie revealed the actor’s appearance and chemistry. Ever since the first looks released the fans have been craving for more. The movie an unusual comedy and the Double XL Teaser tackles the subject of body shaming in detail. The audience appreciate the brief first look and said they were eagerly waiting for more. Double XL Teaser released today and begins with Huma and Sonakshi’s characters sitting on a bench in a foreign city. In a funny banter they discuss the issue of body shaming.

Sonakshi Huma Joke about the Double XL Teaser, label boys demand weird

Huma and Sonakshi joke about how boys perceive a fat girl. She says that the world still finds fat even if the woman is wearing an oversize kurta. Catch the conversation between the two. Huma starts the conversation by saying the following remark in a Bihari accent. And Sonakshi replies in a Haryanvi accent. The two friends express their anger over boys’ expectations followed by a hearty laugh.

Friendship, Dreams and Laughters sum up Double XL Teaser

The revealed teaser expects the story to be focussed on friendship, body shaming and dreams. However, one thing looks like is sure to happen. Full on entertainment. Besides the above two actors, the film stars Zaheer Iqbal and Mahat Raghavendra. In the movie, the focus is on various body types and why there is an obsession around the weight. The film tackles the prejudices around female body types and obsession with weight. According to n interview with India Today, both Sonakshi and Huma put on the weight.They put on 15-20 kg for the film. So they were just eating and eating. It was basically action, cut and burger lao (bring food). That’s all I remember from the shoot.

Directed by Satramm Ramani, the film is produced by Bhushan Kumar, Krishan Kumar, Vipul D Shah, Rajesh Bahl and Ashwin Varde, Saqib Saleem, Huma Qureshi and Mudassar Aziz. It is scheduled to be released on October 14.
