Also, it was a proud moment for Amitabh as well, and the news made him emotional. As Abhishek won Best actor, his father took to the social media to express his ecstasy. Also, he remembered how Abhishek was hit at, mocked and ridiculed all the while. Big B took to social media to pen an appreciation post for Abhishek. Amitabh, in his post went back and recalled how his son was written off and made fun off in the last few years. He praised him for his perseverance and proving his mettle as an actor.
